Machine Description
The machine consists of automatic paper feeder, gluing unit,automatic cardboard feeder,Dual-box and Case Visual-position system with Robotic Arm. It adapts to both Dual-box positioning and case positioning and Inner case paper positioning.The advanced visual position system and stable Robotic-arm to achieve intelligent operating and durable machine life at the meantime it is a cost-effective solution for box and case packaging.
Machine Performance
1.The positioning system consists of Box positioning station and Case positioning station,one-button click to switch positioning mode,the Box positioning station applied with Dual-box positioning system that enables the Robotic Arm positions 2pcs boxes(one pc up-lid box and one pc downside box) one time,improving production efficiency,intelligent operating and simple maintenance;
2.The cardboard feeder equipped with Anti-scratch device to prevent cardboard/case from scratching during case lining and iron-disc inserting case feeding/Magnet inserting case feeding;
3.Automatic trouble display and alarm,easy for machine trouble remedies.
